Privacy policy for the contact form

Effective 25 May 2018, the processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (either “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on protection of personal data and amendment of certain acts (“Personal Data Protection Act”). Because the protection of personal data is very important for HBF, s.r.o. (“HBF, s.r.o.” or “Company”), all personal data will be processed in compliance with requirements of this legislation, with particularly special emphasis placed on security and protection of it.

Purpose of processing of personal data: 

Your personal data (name, e-mail and message) will be processed solely for the purpose of communicating with you in connection with the matter you have provided to us via this contact form.

 

Legal basis for processing: 

The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request. This legal basis is set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

 

Retention period: 

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was provided, until your consent is withdrawn or your requirements are met, up to a maximum of 1 year after you have contacted us. 

 

Recipients of personal data: 

Your personal data may only be disclosed to authorised personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of our contact form. 

 

Transfer of personal data to third countries: 

Your personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to any countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, unless there is a specific legal obligation to do so, or unless there is a special legal obligation or other lawful basis for such a transfer.
